Excess

The post-recession housing market has been in retreat since 2012, despite falling mortgage rates, the creation of an excess supply of housing and increased supply across the country. It is easy to look back and find the reason for that - some people being unprepared to accept the price decrease, others simply preferring not to house their families and choose to move or sell. It's unacceptable. It's unacceptable in terms of the actions they are taking and the acts they are saying they are going to take.
